These terms describe this paid license option. Product-specific prices and available style choices may vary.

Selected font by Font designer — ePub License.
Use this license when usable font software remains embedded inside an electronic publication distributed to readers.
Unless the purchase receipt states otherwise, one ePub License covers:
* One publication title
* One individual or legal entity
* Unlimited copies of that licensed title
Permitted publication formats include:
* EPUB
* Kindle-compatible publications
* Digital magazines
* Digital newspapers
* Electronic journals
* Electronic cards
* Interactive publications
* Fixed-layout electronic publications
* Secure PDF publications containing embedded font software
Each of the following is treated as a separate title:
* A separate book
* Each book in a series
* A magazine issue
* A newspaper issue
* A journal issue
* A workbook
* A companion publication
* A separately sold special edition
Different technical file formats of the same publication may be treated as one title when the content is substantially identical.
A translation or regional version may be treated as the same title when it contains substantially the same content and is not marketed as an independent publication.
The embedded font must be protected using:
* Encryption
* Obfuscation
* Subsetting
* Secure embedding
* Access restrictions
* Another reasonable method preventing extraction and independent installation
An ePub License is not required when all text has been outlined or rasterized and no reusable font software remains embedded. That use is covered by the Desktop License.
A printed physical edition requires a Desktop License.
This license does not include:
* General desktop design work
* Website embedding
* Native app or game embedding outside the publication
* Server-generated publications
* Editable template distribution
* Public access to the font files
* Redistribution of the font as a standalone asset
